TAIC but good

SM64 Twisted Adventures - Intense Challenge except Mario can walk on quicksand, moonjump with L, and have infinite health, as well as various other changes.

Note that while the star count here says 151 stars, 100 coin stars are disabled, leaving a total of 136 collectable stars.
