Super Q 64

A comms submission for https://twitter.com/ProfessorQs starring his character, Quayshaun or just Q. Mario's voice lines have been swapped, some dialog boxes are updated and has a new running animation but is otherwise still the same game.

Does have the graphical issue with slightly taller models so sliding, sleeping and crawling animations will have him floating a bit. Everything else is fine.
