Star Revenge 2 Act 2: Night of Doom

This is Star Revenge 2, a kaizo version of the first Star Revenge.

This hack is in the trio of questionable SRs (together with Redone 1.3 and SR4).
This is one of the classic sm64 extreme/kaizo hacks, made because the creator though, the stars in SM74 EE weren't hidden well enough. (Yes, perfect reason to make a kaizo hack, I know right?)
Anyway, this abomination of level design features the levels from the first Star Revenge filled with ether quicksand or lava and other additions to the level geometry to make very hard to get stars.
You may have heard of the controversity when the first update was planned for this hack, which lead the updates of this hack to become memeier over time.
Version 1.2 is the most recommended version.

Story: Bowser finds a buried temple and uses the stars he found there to spam the world with quicksand and lava

This hack got replaced by SR2 TTM and it's remake SR2.5 in the timeline, you are better off to play those instead.
